This class is focused on learning and practicing striking and combative fundamentals in a structured, high-energy environment. Training includes heavy bag work, focus mitt drills, and partner exercises designed to build proper technique, power, coordination, and conditioning.
Participants can train solo or with a partner depending on the drill. This program is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to training or looking to sharpen your skills. In addition to developing striking ability and movement, the training provides excellent stress relief and supports overall health, fitness, and well-being through intense physical activity.
No sparring in this class.
